1，Are the gift cards within the platform legitimate and can they be stocked up? Yes, all of our gift cards are purchased from offline physical stores.

2，How long can overseas accounts be used? Under normal operations, they can be used for a long time. Specifically, it shall be subject to the official risk control.

3，Will Steam recharge cards lead to account suspension? No, the recharge cards are card passwords formed through recharging via legitimate channels.

4，Can I still apply for a refund after extracting the card password? If there is a problem with the product, refunds are supported. If it is verified that there is no problem with the product, the platform will refuse to issue a refund.
